Julia has over 25 years experience in management consulting and specialises in organisational design and development, change and business psychology.
Julia was a Partner at Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) and led the HR consulting services team. She was also part of the global thought leadership team for services in this area and advised and worked on client projects around the world. Prior to this she was a Director/Partner at APT, a business psychology consultancy.
For the 12 years prior to joining Abbiss Cadres Julia ran her own consultancy business, working with a wide range of private, public and third sector clients including: Virgin Atlantic, Tesco, London Business School, Nectar, Green Peace, RIBA, the British Library and the Legal Services Commission.
Julia is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is also a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychologists, the BPS Special Group for Coaching Psychologists and a registered psychotherapist with UKCP.
She has been commissioned to write coaching development products for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development: in 2007 a Coaching Toolkit; in 2008 scripting a DVD – Coaching Skills for Line Managers; and 2009 a second DVD Dealing with Difficult Communication.
