Abbiss Cadres strengthens employee incentives practice with Baker Mckenzie hire

Multi-disciplinary HR specialist Abbiss Cadres is delighted to announce that it has strengthened its practice with the addition of new partner, Alasdair Friend.

Alasdair joins Abbiss Cadres from international law firm Baker McKenzie and has over 20 years’ experience as an employee benefits lawyer.  Alasdair brings expertise across the range of employee incentives issues, including establishing share plans and management equity inventive arrangements, and employee taxation generally.

Alasdair will work alongside tax partner Bina Gayadien, and other colleagues in the firm’s employment, pensions and tax practices.
