Abbiss Cadres announces Zhangir Kurmangaliyev as Director

We are delighted to announce that Zhangir Kurmangaliyev has joined Abbiss Cades from Deloitte LLP as our Director of Global Mobility, Tax and Social Security.

Zhangir has over 10 years’ experience advising an array of businesses on complex tax and cross-border employment issues including global mobility, international assignments, tax and social security, payroll and international remote working.

He brings extensive sector experience to the practice, having worked with most of the world’s oil & gas supermajors, multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerates, UK public listed companies, Big Five US multinational technology companies, start-ups, and SMEs. He has also in-house experience advising an oil & gas supermajor on a variety of matters relating to global employment, personal tax, payroll, global mobility and social security.
