Leading Immigration practitioner Jonathan Martin joins Abbiss Cadres

Multi-disciplinary HR specialist Abbiss Cadres is delighted to announce that Jonathan Martin has joined the firm’s immigration practice.  Jonathan is a highly experienced immigration Barrister with more than 17 years’ experience.

Jonathan completed a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence at Oxford University and was called to the Bar in 1994.  Having practiced exclusively in the immigration field since 2001, Jonathan lectures frequently to professional audiences.  His recent work in Chambers has involved regular appearances in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Jonathan will provide the firm’s clients with a high-touch and responsive immigration advisory service.  This will include offering advice and support on preparing and submitting visa applications under the UK Points Based System, coordinating global immigration applications or providing in-depth advice on more complex cases.

Jonathan will work alongside Partner and Head of Global Mobility Consulting, Tim Wells, as well as Tax Partner Bina Gayadien, and other colleagues in the firm’s Global Mobility practice.
