Abbiss Cadres will speak at this two-day conference hosted by Health and Wellbeing at Work, where 22 modules will be on offer to promote equality and diversity, employee engagement and maximal performance. Legal and human resources programmes will converge to give an inspiring look at how organisations can support their workforce by effectively embracing contributions to wellbeing.
David Widdowson will discuss the controversies relating to zero-hours contracts, examining the political parties’ proposals for legislative intervention against the background of the full spectrum of how they work in practice and how they may really be affecting employees across sectors. Other speakers will include leading experts in areas such as employee benefits and pensions, human factors and ergonomics, and employment law, from a number of leading private sector and public organisations.
The event will take place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 3-4 March 2015. It is aimed at leaders on all levels who understand the importance of employee health and is 12 hours CPD approved. Attendees will receive certificates for all portfolios.
