Addressing the reward agenda at the CIPD Annual Reward Conference

20 January 2012 |

Two partners from Abbiss Cadres spoke at the CIPD’s very successful Annual Reward Conference on 23 February 2010 on “Facing New Legal and Tax Regimes – a challenge to comply, opportunities to innovate.”

Other speakers included specialists from a number of leading international private sector and public organisations.

The session focussed on the new challenges for reward professionals including the impact of the proposed Equality Bill; significant new powers for the FSA contained in the Financial Services Bill affecting potentially all financial services companies and their reward practices; linking risk to reward policies; strategies to address the increasing tax burden for higher earners in the UK and to enhance cash flow for businesses in what may prove to be challenging years ahead.
